    Did you know that Maricopa has a higher median income per capita than SCOTTSDALE?!

    It’s true. It was published in the paper. It’s only because there are no apartments in Maricopa to bring the average down.

    I have a small house. I am a teacher. I lost a lot of money because the value of my house went down here in Maricopa.

    I’d never be able to afford a decent house in the Phoenix area. They may have been served but I got screwed, too.

    Thanks lenders, builders, investors.

    What ever happened to fair homes for a fair price? Everyone wants to make a ing dollar off of everyone else.

    I could get a second job but when I go to school to teach your kid I’ll be exhausted, grumpy, etc.

    As a Phoenix native …
    As a Phoenix native, I don’t see what’s wrong with living in the city, and why people have to have such a huge house so far away and drive a huge SUV. People are getting served, and they deserve it for their greed. I’m not one of those enviros either, but people need to have at least some semblance of simple living. I’m tired of seeing people from other parts of the country come into Arizona and using the desert for their investment schemes.
